I'm Biju KS, with over 24 years of working experience in Architectural, Interior design, Civil and Theme designing. Right now I'm as Senior Design Engineer with a multinational company in Dubai. My work includes the Concept stage design to the execution stage and handover of the project. Having worked in many portfolios for a number of organizations, I have become highly skilled in the design and management of civil engineering projects. I am proficient in the use of software such as auto CAD, photoshop & 3D softwares, and I have a deep understanding of construction technology and materials. I am also experienced in the use of analytical methods and have excellent problem-solving skills. My work includes client meetings, site vists, concept developing, schematic sketch 3d visualizing, detail designing of mood sheet making and site execution management. My expertise in projects like Commercial, Residential, Restaurants, Hotels, Entertainment Leisure Theme parks, Kids Parks, Game Centers, Retail Sectors, Convention Centers, Entrance Facades, Landscapes, Party Rooms, Luxury Branding Podiums, Exhibition Stands, Events and Retail Designing and Detailing Expert. I have also 6 months UK experience.
